*Industry Partner and Nonmember Registration Instructions
Industry partner and nonmember registrants must create an account on NTCA Member Central. There is no charge to create an account. Use the “Click Here to Create Account” option on the login screen. After creating the account and setting a password, select the “Register for an Event” option on the Member Central menu, select CyberShare Summit 2026, and proceed through registration. Registration Policy
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all in-person conference events.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
What is Included in Conference Registration?
Member, nonmember, and Industry Association Partner registration includes access to all on-site conference events including general and concurrent sessions, preconference workshops, receptions, lunch and networking events.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via Member Central or email to meetings@ntca.org. Cancellations submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, September 14, will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between Tuesday, September 15, and 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, September 28, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted on or after Tuesday, September 29, and unclaimed registrations are not eligible for a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another employee to attend the same conference but cannot be used to cover the cost of other NTCA events.
